Hi list, I'm new to the Alameda list. I was hoping someone knows where I could find a map circa 1910 of Washington Twp in Alameda County. These would have to be online maps as I no longer live in California. Is this the area that was later called Niles? My ancestors, Marion and Rosalie Enos, are listed on the 1910 Washington Twp census. In the margin there is a notation " Whipple Road Branch (could be Ranch) off Decoto Hayward ?? Road. The census lists his occupation as "General Farm". Also, just to throw it out to the list, my Alameda County surnames are: Enos and Furtado, thus far.
