He may have been living in Alameda County. His name was Charles C. McNamara but he went by Charlie and the C may have been a K if a middle initial was used at all. He had been in the Army in France during WWI and may have come back and lived in either Oakland or Berkeley. He was not living at home with his parents in 1920. Thank you to anyone who has the time and generosity to look for him. He may have been living with his first wife's parents which would be terrific as I really need to learn her name. I will also be sending this to Contra Costa County message board, since he did live in Richmond off and on in his adult life. Please be safe, Helen
