Hi Cris - Hope you got/get resolution on the problem with vitalrec. A thought ---- sometimes "webtv" doesn't work with some sites -- I've found that in several places. As sites update, they end up eliminating webtv users. Just yesterday, I went to ebay and was met with the announcement that they're no longer webtv friendly. 'Course, I have an older version of webtv and not at all sure what the MSNTV 2 product can do. Stay well -- Terri in WA
