Hi Sharon, No, I have no Spanish ancestors as far as I know. However, its said somewhere way back in my family tree we had Irish who were from the Moors of Ireland, thus having Spansh blood.My famiy came from Ireland to Illinois and Nebraska in the 1840's and 1870's. Iam 1/2 Irish. I have no family who ever originated it the valley. I moved here only 7 years ago. I grew up in the Bay Area and graduated high school in San Lorenzo in the Bay Area (Alameda County), went to college in Hayward. My fiance, on the other hand does have family of Spanish origin, his father was Spanish. Cris
