I am looking for information for Thomas H Cooper, I have an army photo of him, on the back of the photo it says Passed by Examiner BABE 2447. Can anyone tell me what these codes stand for. Thomas may have been born in England and he died on the 2 July 1942 at Santa Clara, California, USA. thanks Jenny
