I have no idea where Mr. Dugger was born or even when. My information is very limited. Mr. Dugger retired from the Oakland Tribune Newspaper in the late 1960's or 1970's. They had a daughter born in Alameda County, California in 1952. The California Birth Index lists Mr. Dugger's wife's maiden name as "Jones". If so has any knowledge of these people or how I might go about finding information on Oakland Tribune Newspaper employees back in the 1960's please let me know. Thank you.
