These names all go together in some way. They lived in Oakland from the 1850 and the GOULD's had their own company, (Encinal Mill who went to Gould Grain and Mill). Any info that you can help I would appriciate it. Also looking for the Oakland Fire Department History (if they have one). The Sturm's were one of the first firemen in Oakland. I know the first fire house use to be where the City Hall sit's now.
