Folsom Cordova Adult Education Winter Semester 2005 Presents Creating a Family History Web Site--INTERMEDIATE A 7 Week Course in INTERMEDATE HTML (Note: This class is for those who have had some HTML) Held in Rancho Cordova at the New Adult Education Computer Lab 10850 Gadsten Way $40/Seniors 55 and older $30 Instructor: Susan H. Jackman Monday 10am-1pm Class begins Monday 3 January Includes a short REVIEW of the following: Creating a Web Site including your Family Histories, Ancestral Photos and Pedigree Charts. Uploading the finished product to your server. In the intermediate class we will create style sheets that can determine the font size, background color, Header sizes, etc. of all your pages. We will learn how to use forms for receiving feedback from viewers. We will create a slide show of your ancestral photos. We will use multiple frames with hidden scroll bars for a professional look. We will add fancy 'bells and whistles' such as a 'roll-overs.' Consider this a 'work shop' for fine-tuning your web site! To reserve your spot please reply to this email.
