Meeting Notice: The Genealogical & Historical Council of Sacramento Valley meets Saturday, November 5, at 10:00 am at the Sacramento LDS Family History Center, 2745 Eastern Ave, Sacramento. This meeting is a week earlier than usual, due to a seminar on Nov 12. If your organization has dates scheduled for any genealogical special events next year (seminars, etc), please submit your dates for the Council's long-range calendar. Email the date, event type, and name of sponsoring organization to info@sacvalleygenes.org. The Council's goal is to facilitate communication and cooperation among genealogical organizations and libraries in northern California.
