Friends are welcome for visitation Tuesday January 10th beginning at 9AM and are invited to attend services that same morning at 10AM VERL FREDRICK WEIGHT Of Carmichael, CA, born in Springville, UT, passed away Jan. 6, 2006 at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his wife, Gertrude Weight; children Carolyn (Don) Troyan, Hattie Jayne (John) Barrientos, Janalee (Terry) Maki and Robert Weight; grandchildren, Steven, Trisha, Tracy, Eric and Garret; and siblings, Lenore Randall, Roy Gene Weight and Frank Weight. Verl was preceded in death by his son, John Weight. As an active genealogist for several years, he took his passion and organized the first Genealogical Library for the LDS Church in this region. He continued as director for over 38 years for what is now known as the Family History Center.
