Their web site is very interesting and shows examples of many older cemeteries where the ground has shifted and monuments have been moved so that the bodies and the grave markings are separated. Search for "ground penetrating radar", or GPR. I investigated it for researching my family in an old cemetery that is now in the care of the township (church from 1830's burned down). I found it cost prohibitive as a personal endeavour.
