I suspect you did not really mean what you said about LOCATING cemeteries in North Crosby Township, Leeds County - I think what you really want is the location of Samuel's grave. If you go here http://www.islandnet.com/ocfa/homepage.html and click on search, then enter Steel, Samuel you will get one hit - he is in the Thompson Burial Ground, just west of Westport, but in BEDFORD TOWNSHIP, FRONTENAC COUNTY. Samuel Steel, who died Dec. 18, 1863 aged 69 years 2 mo & 19 days Triphina Smith wife of Samuel Steel who died April 30, 1878 aged 71 years 9 mo & 21 days If you do want to know names of cemeteries in North and South Crosby you can find most of them listed in the publications list of Leeds and Grenville Branch OGS - http://www.leedsandgrenvillegenealogy.com/publications.html scroll about half way down the page.
