Hello List My gr grandfather's name was Thomas BUCKLEY. Thomas died in Toronto on September 17th, 1935. I'm told that he is buried somewhere in Toronto, but I've searched and can't find him. Does anyone show him in any of their transcriptions? Thanks Pat --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus]
Could someone please look up the cemetery transcription for Jacob (b. Feb. 22, 1845) and Mary (McLeod) Shewfelt (b. Oct. 20, 1850)? I don't know when they died but the 1901 census for Tarbutt, Algoma, Ontario had them as age 56 and 50. They are buried in Port Findlay Cemetery, Tarbutt. Carole Smythe Vancouver, B. I do have the transcript for above and am willing to do look ups. I am looking for John MCCALMON who died April 4, 1914 in Varney, Grey County but have yet to find his burial site. Any one with other transcripts in the area I would much appreciate if you could take a look and see if he shows up on yours. Thanks. Lynn Aziz
Hi, I am still trying to locate the burial location for two members of my Hill family. Hertford died between 1881 and 1892. Supposedly he fell threw the ice and drown at Owen Sound as a child. These days are his birth year and the census that he is missing from. His father, James Hill died in Detroit, Michigan in 1912 and was buried in Canada but I don't know where. The family of James is buried in Meaford but I have not been able to locate James or Hertford. Any help would be appreciated. Margaret
My ggggrandfather died in Aurora, Ontario about Feb. 20, 1860. I would appreciate any information on where he is buried or anything else anyone might have on him (William Kennedy). Sandra Kennedy Penner [email protected]
I am asking this of the list instead of particularly to Lorna Penchuk who offered lookups of Waterloo cemeteries because my great-grandfather may have moved before his death. Richard FERGUSON was listed in the 1851 census in Waterloo Township but does not appear in any 1861 census. He gave his religion as Church of England and was born in Ireland in 1784. I am looking for any death or burial information I have not been able to find anything at all about him except for the 1841 and 1851 censuses and would appreciate any help. Any suggestions on where I could find a marriage record prior to 1821 in Waterloo County? Many thanks, Carol Ginnever Haycock in Denver Colorado

Hi, just new today so I don't know for sure if anyone else has mentioned this but not all cemeteries on included on the OCFA. If you check under Simcoe County, Orillia, the only one listed is the Old Catholic Cemeter (aka The Old St. Michael's Cemetery) which closed in 1911. It does not list St. Michael's Cemetery or St. Andrew's St. James'Cemetery. Can you help this lady? Their names are: Frederick Cluett Emma (his wife) children - Annie A Ethel E W Emily J Nellie E Florence A Frederick was probably in his early 60's and was an engine fitter by profession.
