Article Text: San Francisco, Cal., March 16.--John E. STEITES, charged with attempting to place a dynamite bomb on the track of the Sutter street cable line, was to-day found guilty. Judge HUNT's charge was clear and strong. He said in substance that it was not necessary to be caught placing a bomb on the track; it was sufficient to show that the person had definite intention of placing the bomb where it would do damage.
