VOLTZ answered in the negative and started in the house with an armfull of wood, when KRAMER shot him twice with a pistol. Both balls proved fatal, entering immediately over his kidneys and ranging up towards his heart. VOLTZ leaves a wife and 3 children in Philadelphia. KRAMER gives as a reason for the murder that VOLTZ kept him out of work.
