SLAYBACK has filed suit in the Superior Court for divorce from Herbert J. SLAYBACK, local cleaner and dyer. Mrs. SLAYBACK also says that her husband was frequently unable to attend to his business because of being intoxicated.. They were married in Toledo on 25 Oct 1925 and seperated 20 Sep.
