Many important cases were handled by Superior Judge McKENZIE during his terms on the bench here, some of them running into hundreds of thousands of dollars and some of the decisions he rendered being the bases upon which other important cases in other prts of the state were considered. Few appeals were taken to the high courts from Judge McKENZIE'S decisions and only twice was his judgemant reversed by the appelate or Supreme courts. The children are Malcom McKENZIE of Portland, Oregon, Mrs. Paul NAVE of Walnut Creek, Maitland McKENZIE of Alameda, Mrs. Lorilee GILBERTI , Miss Roma McKENZIE, George McKENZIE, Mrs. Marion PRIOR and Miss Kathleen McKENZIE, all of Martinez and Ross McKENZIE of Seattle, Washington.
