Hi Alexandra. I am an IBM developer and this is no hoax. Everyone wishes it was. The sites listed are OK and if you would notice....... they are government sites. Not ".COM" sites. If you do not believe me, call the FBI phone number listed on the e-mail. (No harm there right?) I don't know how else to make you believe. Now then.....
