Can anyone on this list tell me the best place to find out about a death in Chico on November 8, 1884? How would I find out which cemetery (there probably was a particular one used then??) and where would I find a death certificate? Or should I assume there were none issued in those days for that date? Would there be a newspaper that might give an obituary for that time period?
