Greatgrandparents were Ed and Kitty Martin Duffy. They had daughter, Mary in 1856 and son John (Jack) Duffy in 1858-- both born in Coloma. I can't find any trace of Ed or Kitty, nor do I know how they came to California from Ireland. There is a notation of Kitty being buried in Coloma, but there are no records to confirm that.
