Hi, am looking for any ancestors of John Byers who lived in Crystal/Island Falls Maine. He married Mary Margarette McFarland and they had (4) Children. Frank Byers, who moved to Hermon/Bangor Area; Theresa (Tressie)(Byers) Zemmins, of Grindstone, Me.; Viola ?(Byers); Margaret (Byers) Reed, of Meridan, CT.; and my Grandmother Mary Ann (Byers) Howe. My Grandmother Mary Ann b.7/22/1893, In Crystal, Me. d. 9/14/1964, in Houlton, Me., married Forest Edward Howe, b.9/30/1885, in Eel River, NB, Canada, d. 1/18/1974 in Houlton, Maine. They lived in Island Falls and New Limerick. New Limerick, County Rd. was their last residence. I am trying to find any information on my Great-Grandfather, John Byers.
