I just got back from a family reunion and heard that G. D. Byers descended from one of 11 or 13 brothers that came from Scotland/England. Is there any BYERS out there that may have heard of such a story? Based on the 1860 Greene Co., AR census my G. D. Byers was born in SC about 1837.
