Correction on my earlier email--when I opened my Fam Tree Maker files, I opened it in another file that I had received recently by email and saved to my computer. When I realized this a few minutes ago, I pulled up my file. I did find a Alvah L. Byers married to an Eva E. Phillips. Alvah, b. 10 Feb 1876 in Indiania and d. 11 Jun 1951. It doesn't appear that this is the one you are looking for but the marriage I have could be a second marriage and his name could be a different spelling version.
