One of Williams brothers was the Joseph Judson Byers born 1780. Sarah McCarson middle name was most likely not Russell. Her daughter-in-law who was married to William Simeon Byers , my 4th great grandfather, was Sarah Jane Russell. Any help finding William Byers b. 1782 either death place or family stories would be great.
