Dear Listers, This may be a long shot but we're really interested in the family for whom I've extracted the information below and wonder where they were and whether there was a marriage or two and more siblings in the 1861 census. We have no information about my husband's gmother Mary BYERS BEATTIE who died in Carlisle between 1911 and possibly 1915 except that she was married to David BEATTIE, a shepherd and died shortly after bearing her third son. Could SKS who has access to the 1861 census look this family up when you have a few moments. No hurry at all. Any help very, very much appreciated. ...
