I have been on this list serve for only a few months but I am amazed at all the Byers out there. My ancestors came from Ireland originally to Ontario and from there to Saskatchewan in about 1905. Wondering when the US branch came from Ireland? My Byers line came in the late 1600's and come from England through Scotland and Ireland.
