I am looking for descendants of Andrew BYERS b. 1842 in Belmont Co., Oh. He served in the Civil War during 1864-65. After the war he came home and later married Margaret REED on 12 Sept 1867. They had 4 known children: Ida m John W. Travis, Emmett m (1) Anna Moore (2) Amanda Ensley, Viola Samantha m James Bruce and Earnest whom I have no information about. I have a bit of data on Andrew Byers and most of his siblings which I will gladly share. If anyone out there is from this Byers line please contact me.
