Harlow died on October 6, 1942 in Circleville Ohio. He was the son of Joseph Byers (b. March 17, 1813 in Washington, PA.) and Rachel Cox (b. 1812). They were married in Elizabethtown, PA in 1837. I have been unable to find out who Joseph's and Rachel's parents were. Joseph died in Circleville in 1904, and Rachel died in Athens in 1885. Harley was my great-grandfather. Harley's son George Philip was my grandfather. Susan's father may have been Washington Wires, but I have not been able to confirm that.
