William was born in West Felcian Parish on 18 Februaru 1884 to David Owen and Eleanor Margaret (Carmack) Byers and probably died in Louisiana in Movember 1962. He was married to Juanita Preston Sabatier on 6-7-1911 in Orleans Parish, Louisiana. She was born in 1885 in Louisiana and died 1926-1930.
