I have spent all my waking hours since my return trying to contact Earthlink and Netscape. Netscape is turning off my address book on Jan 15 2001 and has given me directions which give me the error message of "Customizer" not available to me. That is first base and I have been unable to even move to shortstop. I feel like the radio operator on the Titanic. Both Earthlink and Netscape were in a refusing mode when I tried to access my e-mail (85 messages) you sent when I was on my beautiful trip to Denver, CO. I spent hours just trying to get online.
