Is there anyone on the list(s) that is a descendant of William and Mary Roper Byers, or James Riley and Susan Lesley Byars that could give me ANY idea where in Pickens County they lived? I mean actually point me to a location? We are having a memorial service for William's son Redin Byers to dedicate his VA stone in September and I'd really really really like to get some dirt (dont laugh) from the area he lived in to put on the grave.
