When we post our information or answer queries our information has less value if we can't site our source. And unverified information is, in my opinion- just a lead. Something to follow up. But it is nice to know up front whether we are chasing down a lead or following a path well travelled. So to all you Byars - lets post our information and say where we got it! And one other thing- (since I'm on a roll! ) Not all of the Byars lived in the U.S. Some of us (descendants) are in Canada and elsewhere. The abreviations are sometimes confusing- can we try to post the whole location? ie: Small town/township, County, State/Province & Country.
