Hello List! My grandmother is Ella Ruth Byars born 7 April 1907 in North Carolina. Her father wa George Washington Byars, born abt. 1880 (place unknown but probably North Carolina). He had 3 brothers, Wlll Byars, Paul Byars and Jack Byars. Will Byars had two children - Effie Byars and Frank Byars. George Washington Byars was married to Elizabeth Tabatha Gibbs and they divorced while my grandmother was a young child. I'm afraid rhat is ALL I have at this point.
