I'm trying to find info on my grandfather, Walter Scott Byars, He was born in Texas but moved to the Pittsboro area of Calhoun Countybefore moving to Paynes, MS. We do not know anything about my grandfather other than when he moved to the Calhoun City area he was seperated from his family and that he had a sister that lived in Pasgagoula,(sp), MS.He was born between 1876 & 1878 and died in 1951.
