Herb, thank you for your information. I live in a small town in Mississippi, but will ask my librarian. I believe the two prospects were born in NC, but in Alabama in the early 1820's. I believe Sarah Drucilla b.about 1831 had a brother named Thadeus W. Often the females were named after mothers, grandmothers, and siblings. Her familes were Mary Emoline,Sarah Elizah, Nancy ,Susannah. There was a Nathan Byars b.NC in Jefferson Co.AL in 1850, also a Thaddeus D. Byars there also born 1825 AL.
