Hello Andrew, Mount Stuart (The Marquess of Bute's Estate) has opened to the public. You might try to find it on the Internet or you can email them at: contactus@mountstuart.com. One of the past Marquess' was a botanist who traveled the world collecting specimens, transporting them to Bute and planting them on his grounds. Their gardens are quite something (as is the house itself).
