Thanks Yvonne, Unfortunately I have no further information on any children apart from those I mentioned originally. John b. app 1819, Margaret b. 1820 and 'unnamed' b 1849. Oddly enough I have followed Margaret's downward spiral through various odd sources, including a poor law application and the receipt for her burial in the family plot. That's why suspected that the 'late arrival' was possibly hers. She had another one about 1850. Looking at the addresses she lived in in the 18870-1880 period - they are still some of the most awful places in our fair city. Ross
