Hi List I have just received some more information about my TAYLOR ancestors from Rothesay. My GGrandmother, Jessie TAYLOR, apparently had a brother John Roger TAYLOR. I don't have dates for him, however, details of his parents and siblings are: Barbara BARR married Daniel TAYLOR in Rothesay on 24.3.1817. Children: James (abt 1818 - died, age 7 in 1824) - Rothesay Isabella c 21.1.1819 - Rothesay Ann c 1.4.1821 - Rothesay Janet (Jessie) c 8.10.1826 - Barony, Lanark John Roger b ? Anybody searching for this family? Jessie married James DAVIE and migrated to Australia. Her brother, John Roger TAYLOR also migrated to Australia circa 1852-53.
