If you haven't already contributed, we hope to hear from you soon. ****** ****** ****** It was interesting in the last two days to see that the latest "ILOVEYOU" and variants worm attack rated on all the news services - radio, TV and newspapers, with the correct advice about handling such events. Noticeably, while the experts ensured that their company was identified in the TV pictures, they stressed first the importance of not opening unsolicited attachments, and did not plug their own product but simply referred to purchasing a "recognised" antivirus product and keeping it up to date. ****** ****** ****** Having spent a few days analysing the output from the 1881 Census disks, which I downloaded at the local FHS some time ago, I was wondering about several single "grand-children" in my sample of extracts. From the unmarried state of the known children and the age of the grand-mother, it cannot be discounted that these are possibly late arrival children - makes for interesting research when one considers the generally accepted opposite action, which was to cover up an illegitimate birth of a grandchild by putting out that it was a late arrival child.
