I was a subscriber to Buteshire before, left, and now I am back. I am still looking for the same elusive relatives. Especially looking for Margaret BARR, born about 1869, perhaps in Rothesay. Her husband was John WILSON. John's parents (Andrew WILSON and Catherine MC DOUGALL) moved to Rothesay from Greenock about 1888, and lived at Roslin Cottage, Canada Hill. Two of John and Margaret's children were reportedly born in Rothesay, but I have been unable to find their registration. Andrew was born 1890, and James 1895.
