Taking the second point first, re fixing the long lines, in MSOutlook Explorer one would select: Options Send Set the Mail sending format to Plain Text Settings MIME and None Enter an appropriate number for auto wrap: 70 to 75 seems best OK OK As to your Word Table format problem, the only way I know is to convert the table to text using Comma as the separator, THEN save the file in text format. This creates an extra file, but leaves your Document with the Word Table unharmed. Open the text file in Notepad to cut and paste into your email message. You may need to add a note either above or below the data indicating that the comma separated data can be imported into either Word or Excel for formatting into a table. If its a really big file, the only thing to do is to arrange to send the word file (preferably zipped) off list as an attachment. regards Peter
