Peter - Your advice if you wouldn't mind. I agree totally with posting to the group rather than individual replies. Heaps of useful information come that way but please tell me how to avoid information that I have in a MS word table becoming spread over about 40 pages!! Format gets demolished in plain text and makes it very difficult to follow. Secondly, I had a look back through archived material for the list the other day and discovered to my embarrassment that postings I had made in the past were all in lines a yard and a half long. they come through on the list OK so what settings do I need to alter to prevent this? Standardised "in", "at" etc. seems to be a most sensible approach. Cheers Bill McK.
