I am cleaning out my Butcher files that I have accumulated over the years and have found documents not relating to my Butcher line. Butcher, born Sept. 22, 1816, died Jan. 19, 1855; Jeremiah Butcher, born Mar. 20, 1824, died Apr. 14, 1887; Lucretia E., wife of J. Butcher, born Sept. 15, 1814, died June 4, 1888. (Veterans Flag on Grave). Outline Report: 5 generations chart listing descendants of Isaac Butcher, b. 12 Dec. 1784 Va sp- Narcisus Rebecca Rentfro b. 24 Jan 1785 VA Copy of a letter written to Harriet C. Fausett Bean Quincy, Hickory Co., Mo. 9 March 1891 It is signed A.J. Butcher (son of Isaac Butcher, Jr.). This letter has family information about this Butcher family. Family Group Sheet for Isaac Butcher b. 12 December 1784 in Loudon, Va. and Narcissus Rebecca Rentfro b. 24 Jan. 1785 Va. It lists 11 children with sources and LDS ordinances. E-mail I received in 1997 list descendants of George Valentine Metzger (Butcher) b. April 1715 in Mainzweiler, Germany. Family Group Record for David Clark b. 06 March 1866 in SLC, Utah and Sarah Elizabeth Butcher b. 28 June 1872 in Upper Caldecott, Bedford, England. List children, marriages of children. Family Group Record for Michael Clark and Eliza Smuin who were the parents of the above David. This group sheet contains copies of photo's of the family. Not real clear but clear enough to see what they looked like. Family Group Record for Eli Butcher b. 15 August 1777 m. to Elizabeth Hart d. 18 April 1825. List children, some dates and other info.
