My 4th great grandfather's name was John Butcher. He was born in 1807 in Baltimore, Maryland. He married Mary Pouder. His parents were Joseph Butcher and Maria (Fouie?). I believe he was of German descent. If John or Joseph Butcher has shown up in anyone elses research, I'd like to hear from you. Thanks.
