My interests are; Jean GODEFROY who married Francoise MARPLE when/where probably Rouen Normandy, I have found one son JEAN baptised 14 aug 1707 at Rouen,Jean (2) has son Jean Augustin (de Bolbec) born approx 1740 where?,fled France c.1760 and went to London, married Ester Morrison from Jersey in 1769 at Christchurch Spittlefields. I have confirmed the link through Huguenot Soc records. This is my direct line. Any help/information would be appreciated, I would also love to know/find out how and when Jean Augustin fled France, I think he came with a couple of Brothers, not yet proved ,who may have gone back to France.
