    3. I must have missed the original e-mail. I'm an Iowa Butcher. My grandparents were Andrew Jackson Butcher, b:June 1, 1856, d:Nov 11, 1916 in Ellston IA, and Marietta Holbrook Butcher b: Oct 30, 1845 in Ill, d: Jan 6, 1973 in Ellston IA. Children were Alice, Charles, Glen, Hazel, Rachael, Walter, & William. So far I haven't found any information about Andrew or Marietta except these dates. Ellston isn't Cajun country but it is in Southern Iowa. At 12:58 PM 7/31/01, you wrote: >Only Butcher I have in Iowa was Euphemia Butcher, b. 7/24/1822 in New >Jersey, d, 8/01/1904 in Glenwood Iowa.
