The Rev. Mary N. Pugh will officiate. Kathleen Hagele will be the organist and Alana Poage will be the vocalist. Merwin Buster will be the urn bearer. The family will meet friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. before the ceremony at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Wapello Cemetery with military rites presented by the Wapello VFW Glenn Allen Post 5166. Survivors include his wife, Ida Belle; a half sister, Gwen Slater of Los Angeles Calif.; several nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Ethel Buster of Wapello.
