Hi Kay, My John William was first married to Mary Ann Tuttle (Polly). He was born in Wythe Co, VA. He is buried in Antiock Cemetery in Missouri. John and Mary Ann had six children, of who my gr. grandfather James Porterfield was one. There was Nancy, Betty, David Green, Perneta and Polly. (Not too sure on the last one, Polly.) His wife, Mary Ann, died six months after giving birth to the sixth child. John William next married Jane Baker. They had William Rice, Charles Milton, Missouri (Mrs. Hiriam Anspauch), Felix Redon, John Edward, Angellete, Louisia Elizabeth, Cynthia. These may not all be correct. I had better check with Jack Buster to make sure. I also have that John William's father and mother were Michael Buster and Rachael Jarman. They were the parents of John William, Michael, James, and William. Michael Buster's parents were William Buster and Jane Woods. If you know this line, does this sound right to you?
