My grandfather (John Dashwood Bushell) was married to Alice Slater. One of his sons was named Harry Dashwood Bushell (my father). I am attempting to construct a family tree and wish to his ancestors. I was not aware that my grandfather was born in Cardiff but he certainly lived in the Manor Park or Forest Gate area of London when I was a lad of 5 years old.
