My ancestors were from Dover in the late 18th century and then almost exclusively from Ramsgate until the late 19th century, when the direct line moved to Preston (Faversham. There seem to have been two distinct lines of Bushells - one based around Ramsgate and the other around Wicambreux. Has anyone else noticed this distinction?
